Project TriStar Community

The Project TriStar membership is still open and there is plenty of space available in the community(s), however, we have temporarily disabled the membership application from the website for administrative purposes.  If you had a chance to read the Project TriStar Development Timeline, you may understand our position on the timeline of coming events and why we believe there is plenty of time to apply for membership and to develop this or similar communities.

For those people who believe they must find and move into a community prior to 2013, we suggest you continue looking for other communities because Project TriStar will not be ready for members to move into the community until sometime after 2012.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and ask for your understanding and patience as we consider when to re-enable this application.  If you would like to be notified when the application will be accessible again, please feel free to join the Project TriStar group on FaceBook or send us a message through our Contact Form.

Sincerely,

Project TriStar Team

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Project TriStar Community. This is a unique opportunity to directly participate in Project TriStar’s Mission while becoming part of a unique sustainable community that is preparing for the coming events from a practical, spiritual, and non fear based consciousness.

Before You Apply:

Please ensure that you are feeling in balance within yourself and your environment before completing this application. The immediate response to this questions is often a straight “YES”, but we’re aware that changing times can often create a sense of anxiety and eagerness.  Project TriStar is compassionate and understanding and simply wants you to put your best foot forward when presenting your story.

Please read the Founder Messages for the latest community updates

For those who may be interested, we offer a 4-part workshop series, created by the founder of Project TriStar to consider watching before you complete the member application. These workshops are not presented to define a spiritually myopic view of life in the community, but rather to provide insight into how the founder has manifested his spiritual understanding, the Project TriStar community initiative, and the opportunity to help people on a global level. Even if you believe that you are spiritually grounded, we recommend that you consider watching at least Workshop #1 to see if the information resonates with you. If you decide not to apply, we hope that you find something useful in these workshops.

Your Application:

Starts with a smile. As you complete the application, tell us your story, both the good and the bad, as we all have it.  We handle each application with complete confidentiality and guarantee your privacy at all times. No matter what's in your application, we take the time to read it, and will respond to it.

Completing the application does not cost anything except your time. There is no commitment by either party and there is no guarantee that an applicant will be approved for membership in the community just from completing an application.  Project TriStar is a community of free will and the application does not bind either part to anything other than to determine if there is a harmonic consciousness between the two.

Documents To Prepare:

A resume is required for the application process. Your resume should be concise (1 to 2 pages), organized in a logical manner (e.g. chronological format) and include your work and educational history. If you do not have a lot of work experiences, please write something about your character and accomplishments. Be sure to include a clear and comprehensive listing of specific skills and training that you may have.

A recent photo (head and torso), taken within the last 4 months, is also required. Please have your resume and passport style photo ready before starting the member application form. When you are ready to complete your application, there is a place at the bottom of the application where you can attach your resume.

Before submitting your application, we highly recommend that you make a backup copy of any lengthy application responses to a text document before clicking on the SUBMIT button. This is just a precaution in case your application does not go through for any number of possible reasons. This way, if you need to resubmit your application, it will simply be a matter of copy and pasting your responses.

Community Location:

This membership application is only for the Project TriStar community in Australia.  The exact location of the community within Australia is provided to community members on a need to know basis in order to reduce any undue attention.  Photos and video of the physical location and the construction process are posted as they become available.

Project TriStar has been approached to help facilitate affiliate communities in other geographic locations, however, no arrangements have been made to move forward with those community developments at this time.  If any of these other community locations become available for membership, Project TriStar will post information on how and where to apply.

Review Process:

If your application is well received, the next phase is a verbal interview either in person, by video conference, or by telephone. Once the interview process is complete, you will be notified of your membership status. The entire application process can take up to 4 weeks. Before final approval, you will be requested to submit a photocopy of your passport or other ID by email.

Once your membership is accepted, you will be notified on how to best participate in the community planning and activities. You will also be given access to portions of this website that are reserved only for approved members of the community.  These areas of the website provide the opportunity to meet other community members, discuss community issues, transportation plans, and access to further community coordination and member support documents.

I'm sure you can appreciate that community details are of a private nature and are only provided to those who have been approved for membership in the Project TriStar community. This website provides tremendous details about the community design and lifestyle and is a template for those who may be interested in creating their own community. Further information about the community is posted for member access as it becomes available. Community members will find that Project TriStar attempts to answer all relative questions in a timely manner and to keep its members up to date with all pertinent details about the community development.

Project TriStar accepts applications without any express or implied representation that there is a suitable opening for any applicant. Acceptance is not based on any specific skill set, financial status, or quotas. Project TriStar believes that proper planning and forecasting will ensure there is room in the community for everyone who qualifies and is approved for community membership. Project TriStar suggests that you not make any major life decisions or travel arrangements before your application has been approved by the Membership Committee. All approvals are at the discretion of Project TriStar.

If your member application is not accepted, please do not take this personally.  Mostly this means that the application reviewers sense something about the compatibility between you and our community consciousness objectives. It does not mean that you are a bad person, are not spiritual, or have no sustainability skills. We are just looking for the ‘click' that tells us we are all on the same page as we enter these challenging times.

You will be contacted within a couple weeks after submitting your completed application. Again, thank you for your interest in joining the Project TriStar Community.  We look forward to speaking with you very soon!

Sincerely and With Love and Blessings,

Ivan "Evon" Stein

Project TriStar Founder

Building a community of the size and scope of Project TriStar requires of skills, resources, and expertise from a variety of different backgrounds and disciplines.  As such, Project TriStar is interested in working with those who feel they have something to offer this community endeavor.

Maybe you have a company that manufactures something the Project TriStar community could use to achieve greater self-sustainability.  Maybe you have expertise in a specific field of organic food production or off-the-grid power generation.  And maybe you resonate with the community plan or lifestyle and want to become part of this community.

Whatever your interest, Project TriStar would like to hear from you and to see how we might work together to co-create this grand undertaking.  Project TriStar has defined the following three levels for how an individual, consultant, or company can get involved in the community planning, development, or lifestyle:

Level 1: Participation in the role of volunteer, intern, adviser, consultant, service provider, manufacturer, sponsor, or financial support. At this level, a participant may be in regular contact with the Project TriStar planning and development committees or may maintain anonymity, if so desired.  Participants may be manufacturers of some product that could or will be used in the community development.  They may also be interested in helping out with the Project TriStar planning in order to gain experience in community development that may help their own or other communities.  These participants may also request to become members of the community if so interested.  CLICK HERE to contact Project TriStar about Level 1 participation.

Level 2: Participation as a member of the community. At this level, a member is aligned with the principles and lifestyle of the Project TriStar community and is ready, willing, and able to leave society, as we know it, and relocate to the off-the-grid remote community. Members must have let go of material possessions including real estate and furniture, and be prepared to let go of the need for a personal vehicle. Personal belongings are limited to approximately two suitcases per individual. Members should have consolidated or liquidated their personal assets as preparation and for contribution to the community development. They must have completed or be working to eliminate their attachment to electronic devices for life off-the-grid. They must be willing to process and let go of all addictions and emotional baggage including the need for control, self-glorification, and ego. Members are required to attend orientation to prepare for “life in the remote community”. Upon completion of the orientation, members are relocated to the community project where they engage in the community lifestyle and participate in the ongoing development process.  CLICK HERE to complete the Project TriStar Member Application.

Level 3: Participation as a committee member. At this level, a participant is automatically a member of the community, is aligned with the concepts and implementation of the Project TriStar community, and be able to commit to the ongoing planning and development activities of the community. These members are assigned to a committee and given responsibilities that are suited to their background and specific areas of interest and expertise. Committee members must have let go of a majority of material possessions including real estate, furniture, and vehicles. They must be ready, willing, and able to relocate to a planning and development facility and commit 100% of their efforts towards the community project. At this level, members have access to all the communication devices necessary for planning and development purposes. Committee members must have already processed or let go of most addictions and emotional baggage and be ready to work in a co-creative manner with the other committee members. Committee members must embody the principles and lifestyle of the Project TriStar community.  CLICK HERE to complete the Project TriStar Member Application.

This community is free of drugs and stimulants. There is no alcohol, tobacco, drugs, caffeine, or meat consumed in the community. Due to a variety of considerations, no “personal” pets will be allowed in the community. Those who have a clear understanding of the potential and probable future events and the community living arrangements will certainly appreciate these delicate decisions.

Member Screening:

The Project TriStar Membership Committee is responsible for screening all applications and interviewing new applicants. The screening process takes into account a variety of factors about a prospective member and a financial participation is not a requirement for membership. Anyone and everyone is considered. Membership in the Project TriStar community is not about money, but rather about helping as many people as possible with the available resources.

Because this project is organic and incorporates a modular sustainability model, no limit has been set for the maximum number of community members. Therefore, if you desire to be considered as a member of the Project TriStar community, please complete and submit your Member Application.

The Project TriStar community is seeking those people who are in line with the core spiritual beliefs of the community that include: a life based on experiential learning, mutual respect for all other members and for nature, and the ability to take personal responsibility for all thoughts, words, and actions.  All community decisions are prioritized by their impact on nature, natural resources, and universal laws. Every member of the community agrees to live from their heart, in harmony with these principles and each other, and with a spirit of service to others.

Besides seeking members that are aligned with these spiritual principles, Project TriStar is seeking people with skill sets that will enhance the overall development of the community, as well as the type of personal initiative that can be even more important than skill sets. Each member agrees to contribute to the community development in any variety of forms including: financial, professional expertise, labor, and support services.

This community is free of drugs and stimulants. There is no alcohol, tobacco, drugs, caffeine, or meat consumed in the community. Due to a variety of considerations, no “personal” pets are allowed in the community. Those who have a clear understanding of the sustainable community living arrangements and the Project TriStar architectural design may appreciate this delicate decision.

Membership in the Project TriStar community will remain open until otherwise posted through this website.  The modular community design provides flexibility with membership limits and the capability of expansion to support more members.  Maximum community expansion is based on a combination of variables including:  funds availability, resource assessment, environmental impact, and membership projections.  Any future membership limit will be based on a detailed occupancy assessment in conjunction with the community planning and development operations.

The Project TriStar community has no member age limits and does not discrimination based on race, creed, color, age, religion, or sex, etc.  Project TriStar believes this unique lifestyle opportunity is best served with diversity in membership.  Applicants are not accepted or discriminated based on their financial means or financial contribution. Those who have access to funds participate voluntarily.  In either case, everyone participates in the physical needs of the community operations and functions.

The Member Application, personal interviews and background checks are used to gain an understanding of the life experiences and circumstances for each community applicant.  The membership committee then takes into consideration whether debt is circumstantial or deliberate in order to determine how an applicant lives by the laws of manifestation.

For those members who are able to participate financially in the community, Project TriStar accepts all forms of monetary denomination.  Funds are converted into the currency of choice by the Financial Committee as necessary.  All community members agree to voluntarily participation in the community operations through manual labor and through skill sets that support the project development.

Living Quarters: Shared/Communal - Living and sleeping quarters are arranged as shared rooms with four bunk beds per room for those who are single and two double bunk beds per room for couples to share or for couples with dependent children.  There are no individual rooms or residence.  Each room contains nominal storage for the occupants clothes and sundries.

Primary Facilities (pre events): Below Ground - The primary community facility is constructed below ground level as a practical precaution for the possible Earth events.  Several passages provide access for outside activities as environmental conditions permit.  Some above ground structures are being built for use in various functions as needed.

Materials and preparations have been made to facilitate the construction of above ground structures once it has been determined that outside environmental conditions are stable and safe.
